Since the first hinge full automatic assembly machine was successfully produced in 2016, our company has continued to develop, research and upgrade the old series every year in the past few years, and the third generation of machinery has been successfully launched this year. In the future, we will increase the quality inspection of products by visual inspection.

The factory has more than 30 sets CNC auto machinning machines, 50 sets WEDM,20 sets milling machines,4 sets drilling machine etc., which can fully guarantee the quality of workpieces and fixtures

The factory covers an area of over 3000 square meters and has over 70 employees, including 40 staffs in the production department, 8 staffs in the engineering department, 5 staffs in the quality inspection department, 12 staffs in the research and development department, 6 staffs in the sales department, and 5 staffs in the administrative department and other personnel.
