Mould Description:
1.This mould is for mass‑production of hinge arm part of furniture hydraulic hinge, fully processed with high‑precision equipment.
2.Each hinge series features three angles: 0°, 8° and 15°. Accordingly, three sets of dies are required for the arm part of one series, one set for each angle.
Mould Features:
1. No welding parts or gaskets are allowed for all molds.
2. All mold components and inserts parts have corresponding numbers. Provide mold spare parts drawings and lists.
3. The mold number, material width and pitch are engraved on the mold nameplate for easy mold installation and maintenance.
4. The mold needs to be equipped with a counter and a maintenance manual for mold operation.
5. The mold is equipped with lifting holes.
6. The mold structure is of the quick-change type.
